Improving Performance in MS Teams

If a video calls becomes laggy you can turn off incoming video feeds to attempt to quickly improve the call quality. This will not block your outgoing feed (the video of others receive of you). This will block the app from receiving all the feeds from the other participants in the call. This is particularly useful if you have lower bandwidth and there's more people on the call that you can sustain bandwidth-wise. Here's how.

Find the "more options" dots (elipse) and click on it.

find and select "turn off incoming video"

You can re enable the setting at any time simply by reversing the process.
