Microsoft Teams Voice Basics

Welcome to MS Teams Voice! Just wanted to share a few links with some basic instructions to provide staff to get their phone system configured. As always, if anyone needs support or training, please have them create a ticket at https://help.plecavalier.com

 

There is an important distinction to be made between work and home regarding the actual app. The home app will allow work accounts such as @yourcompany.com to sign-in but many features will not be available. All of the PLC managed equipment should have the work app pre-installed but just in case, I am providing the link below.
