Remote Tech Support with PLC

At PLC I have endorsed the Splashtop remote access solution. In my professional opinion, it offers the simplest and easiest method to provide remote tech support services in your home or while traveling.

If you're at home or in a hotel and are in need of on site assistance, simply visit https://sos.plecavalier.com. You will be prompted to download PLC_SOS.exe upon which when run will generate a code you can provide me to access your desktop.

When we're done the session simply closing the app or clicking the red disconnect button ends the session. Every session requires a unique code therefore, I cannot continue to access your system after the app is closed.
