Lost Printer Code on RICOH 3504

1. In the Cortana search field type Control Panel
2. When the link appears at the top of the menu hit enter or click the link
3. Locate and open Printers and Devices
4. Locate the RICOH printer (either upstairs or downstairs)
5. Right click and select Preferences (not properties)
6. Select the Detailed Settings tab
7. Then select Job Setup from the list
8. In the main window, locate User Code and enter the code you were provided
9. Click Apply and then close that window

To test your code, right click the RICOH printer again this time choose Properties. In the General tab (which opens by default) locate Print Test Page near the bottom and press the button.
